Overall Satisfied :). Came in to the shop and the friendly manager spoke to me in cantonese "Do you want to buy anything" in cantonese. Was very helpful as when teaching me how to apply their moisturiser. Very happy with my experience at this shu uemura outlet and will be coming back to buy some more moisturiser :). The sales girls here are very pretty and nice as well and are particularly helpful if customers need help :D.
