One of my best stays in Kuala Lumpur. Such big rooms spacious all setup so good. Bed is so confortable big bathroom with hot tub. Breakfast in Lounge very good and such variety of food. Good Gym and amazing staff. Extremely recommended for Marriott Elite Members

Very good location and twin towers views. Outstanding decor Huge variety of international and Malaysian dishes for all meals. Impressive front office service, foyer and swimming pool, I wish it was on the top of the building.

Room and service is very good. Indian veg people will not be happy with food but the menu is good who love non veg. Very well connected with mono rail. They hv got a discotheque which has nice ambiance and plays good music. Petronas twin tower is visible from the room. Overall a recommended stay in KL.

A five star hotel with 5 star staff !!!!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. During our stay we were made to feel completely welcome. Staff were playful with our 6 year old son, and always remembered his name....which he thought was fantastic.
Our room was immaculate. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to anyone visiting KL.

The hotels location is perfect. Right at the city center. The service provided there was also excellent. Rooms were absolutely brilliant. Food also was really good. A birthday cake was kept in the room on my Birthday which came as a big surprise as well. Thanks a lot to the Renaissance team for their quality and services.
