Visited this place a few times before. The service was quite good initially but recently have gone terrible.
Some of the "masseur" there do not know how to massage at all to the point that i would rather pay and leave half way. Some of them are okay. I would rather not take my chance on them and roll masseur dice.

Dear Isaac,
Perhaps you have gone to another outlet bearing similar name nearby. For clarification purposes we have never had any 'Hanis' and no Indo at all in our staff list for the past year. Kindly confirm which outlet you visited or correct your review. If you'd like to visit our outlet (behind Maybank), I'm sure you'll have a more relaxing time :) Cheers mate!

Having been in business for quite a few years, this place has a good set of experienced masseurs who are both courteous yet professional. Loving the consistent experience that we get here with repeated visits.

Bad Experience today, the aunty cashier assigned a indo masseur called "Hanis" who does not own any massage skill at all, the masseur just pour oil to my body and press using palm in whole one hour only. After I compliant to the cashier, she said that she will report to her manager and took my contact number for her manager, but sadly the manager has show no responsibility to follow up on this case.
I won't visit to this "unprofessional" massage centre anymore.
