If you know BIG, then you know they cater for the expats living here hence the price are not cheap. Example a can of baby formula recommended retail price is RM115, they will sell it at RM115. They won't put lower competitive price like what Giant and Tesco do where the same item can get as low as RM89. But they sell good stuff there.

Was looking forward to my breakfast bought last evening to find creepy crawlers to greet me. Does show the decline in management since their sale to god bless, Village Grocer.

Love the service here but one thing about this place having a low custumer turn-out rate is that of its prices are quite expensive. You can find a variety of goods whether freshly-packed or factory-packed and they are all stacked neatly and cleanly on their respectively labelled shelves. Moreover, their fresh and condusive environment gives off a modern-feel to it and to me, it kind of calls to a under-a-shell-turtle like me to shop there.

Ample choices of different imported and local brands to choose from. Love the fruits section especially; fruits are fresh. You can get fresh meat and seafood and as this BIG has a cafe & restaurant next to it you could also get them to cook for you with some cooking fee. Convenient parking - either at the top level of the mall itself or valet parking. There's also a Boost Juice and money changer just outside of the supermarket.
