A simple neighbourhood mall, with cafes and restaurants. A pharmacy, hardware store and a few other establishments, the place is good for some quick shopping.

A place suitable for family. There is a playground for kids after their enrichment class. Variety choices for food. Main drawback is very hard to find parking during peak hours. E.g. Lunch time
