Staffs are not so well trained. Selections not as many. Thanks to the Elite membership, i got the chance to try out all choices on the monthly mocktail, imho, you can get it homemade.

Staff has a way of ignoring customers based on how they look...but they forget that there are a good number of casual family people who frequent this place thanks to the elite cards membership. Gotta send them for retraining.
Prices are exorbitant at some really subpar food and drinks.
