Service really bad. Sat down and waiters just keep passing by without taking order. Quality of food also deteriorating. Not recommended unless desperate!

I dined or tried to dine at OU Keluang Station today Sunday Feb 8 at 7pm and ordered 1 coffee and a set of roti chanai. Waited for about 30 mins. The order never came. Spoke to your store Manager and apparently he forgotten to key in my order!!!!
Never apologizes for the mistake and asked for my order again. I just left.
Kluang station Management!!! please employ competent staff. Will never visit Kluang station outlet again!!!

The nasi lemak with the fried chicken is very good. However, sometimes the fried chicken standard not consistent.
