Right next to major bus stop. Walkable to Midvalley. However driving there requires a big loop if you're coming from PJ. Free parking around the hotel.

Quite neighborhood, nice room design & near mid valley mall are a plus point. Medium flow of shower is a minus poin. Oh... and 8 channels TV with only 2 programs (Fox Sport & TV1) is most terrible thing if you stay over 1 night here.
Have to give this 2 stars as we can't really enjoy staying at room but sleeping....

5min shelter walk to mid-valley mall and high end Gardens mall
7-11 convenient store just beside the lobby
Bus stop right in front of hotel
Cleanliness - 3.5/5
Clean room and lobby, just think that the airing of the room need some improvement. There is some damp moisture smell when we step into the room and the staff need some bathing 😄
Function - 3.75/5
Boutique hotel, the room is smaller but decent. TV even has HBO. The design is quite modern. Has reserved parking but not shelter. There is no lift as well but what the heck, only 3 storey. For family with small toddler may not be so suitable.
Service - 4.25/5
The manager is super friendly, always smile on his face. The owner must be happy to have such a friendly personnel in this service line :)
