Modern and clean. Very friendly staff and great location. My room, and I think most of the rooms judging from the orientation of the hotel, had a nice view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The wifi was also reliable with no noticeable speed issues.
The only complaint I had was that the elevators could be heard going up and down from the room, but this is probably due to my room being right in front of the elevators.

Well situated in KL and comfortable bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. For my Scottish tastes, breakfast was poor.

Good location. Friendly staff. Not very clean. Also, left my t-shirt behind. But the staff said there was nothing left in the room!!
