We paid 400 euro for reservation of the room in this hotel 2 weeks ago. A week ago we understood that we couldnt come to Palanga because of my work (my boss din't let me to have holidays) And then we ask the director of Provincija Silva Kondratiene to return our money. And she didnt answer for our e-mails. We send about 4-5 e-mails to her. We still waiting for any answer, but there is nothing in our mailbox. Silva Kondratiene ignore our mails. It is a swindle!!!
