Es un funicular k tiene un trayecto corto y sube hasta donde se encuentra la Basílica de la resurrección. Desde allí se ve todo Kaunas

It's ok. It's historic, so you should definitely try it at least once. It also brings you up to the church when you can get a good overlooking view of Kaunas. It's 0.50€ per person per ride and you pay on top. There will be a man waiting for you there. As for furniculars, I find the one in Bergen the most fascinating (I've only ridden the one in Paris, Bergen and Kaunas) and the one which offers a great view while going up. Nevertheless, this one's a pretty interesting ride.
