The worst service a customer may receive ever.. cars are always delivered late and unwashed, in addition to their cars being in bad conditions and full of scratches. and the most important that they deduct from the deposited amount that you should receive when you return the car. highly not recommended.

been a customer for the past two years, rented the 2015 CLS for 1 months each year, very convenient, I live over an hour away from his location and they had no problem delivering right to my door steps. they called a couple of times and asked if they can borrow it for a day for a wedding and they would drop off a 2015 S class which was at least $100 more per day . I had no problem, why not right ? when your a loyal customer, they don't even do the walk around check for hits and such, you give the keys back and walk away. and yea don't forget to tip the drivers, remember they gotta bus it back to Beirut, they don't get paid much.

My experience was amaZingly fast and smart and at a great price and luxurious and handled with alot of patience
I was served by Elie who knew how to handle an urgent wedding request and at the best price possible and the quickest possible 1 day notice
Had 3 family members working their wasayit for the best price yet they still stood out among the competition cheaper than the wasayit and more choices and amazing people to work with. Plus they are a Local Company!!! Another way of loving Lebanon while visiting

I have used them about 2 weeks ago, and it was the first, and the last time. Here are two of the promises the owner made when we exchanged e-mails at the time of booking: 1) the car can be swapped to whichever you wish if you did not like the car, and 2) all our cars are in very good condition and well maintained ... Well, it was a total lie on both counts. Clearly, the owner's own word and promise does mean much (I actually thought people honor their promises no matter what). Not only that, but I also had to be faced with the extremely abusive owner's brother (a family affair), who knows just as much about customer service as horses know about flying. For future prospective clients, DO NOT BE FOOLED by any photos you get sent of the cars you are looking to rent
