Located in the posh Saifi village area of downtown Beirut, Gilt offers a refined selection of international dishes in a very contemporary / design setting (check the art works at the entrance - always interesting montage).
The food service is generally good (a bit slower during weekday lunches) and the wine selection and bar is quite nice.

The music is always nice. Place can be a bit tight. Food is good.
