Cafe Popular is one of the best pizzerias in Latvia - I have been visiting this place since I was a child and it still has its own unique taste.

Accordingly the best place to accommodate in Cesis. Comfy and airy rooms.
There's a consistently elegant look all over the building.
The park right behind the hotel is a really nice place to spend some time chilling.
Enjoy convenient food and drink in the underground Pub.
