Ive been working with their trainer Pedro Toffoli for the past 3 or 4 months and the impact on my body has been incredible. I started training at the advice of my doctor, with a goal of receiving back pain - in this time the daily / constant pain has been reduced by more than 90% I'd estimate, and my over all condition has improved almost as much. Pedro is a wealth of information explaining the how's and why's with just as much detail and passion as the coaching and exercises. The gym itself is a nice size for private training and has all of the amenities you could hope for. Overall I can recommend FitClub (and Pedro specifically) with nothing but praise.

I've been exercising here since last year Dec. with Pedro(one of trainers at Fitclub). I had problems with my knees and neck due to disc problems. But since i started exercising here, my problem from knees is totally gone and my neck problem is getting better and better. I can feel that Pedro really cares about his clients. I think this place is a bit more expensive than some other places, but it is worth it. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to exercise or fix their problems. (Ex. Injuries and so on)

I am in the military and was out of shape. Needed an extra routine from the monotony of the work week and someone to keep structure in my plan. Working with Pedro for three months could not have gone any better I came in with a plan what I wanted to do and that is exactly what I got. Every workout was designed to help me reach my goals and as I saw progress in the mirror I lost no weight on the scale which is exactly what I wanted. He checked on me regularly when I was not in the gym to make sure I was doing well and always made sure my workouts did not effect previous injuries I had. I appreciated and loved my time at this gym and look forward to continuing the groundwork I laid while working here. This place is perfectly located next to base and was an easy trip to and from base after work. I highly recommend. You WILL get results if you follow the plan they cater specifically to you!!

I started working out with Pedro at the beginning of this year with the goals of getting stronger and improving my posture. I was turning 35 this year and wanted a change -- I was constantly tired, didn't have any upper body strength and had a turtle neck from working at a computer for so long.

I had to take a small break when I found out I was pregnant but resumed sessions at the beginning of my second trimester, after morning sickness passed and my doctor gave me the Ok to start up again. I'm now in my third trimester and I am so much stronger than when I first came to FitClub. What really impresses me about Pedro is his attention to detail and how he adjusts exercises to my body's needs. We've focused a lot on strengthening my legs and butt for lifting and carrying the extra baby weight. He's also incorporates exercises that force me to be more aware of my posture, stability and body alignment and he continually adjusts exercises to accommodate my growing belly. My arms and back are stronger, more defined and ready to lift and carry a growing kid. Because of his attention to even the smallest detail, my feet are stronger and my arches haven't flattened out. Also, I haven't had a single varicose vein, which both my mom and my sister had vein problems during their pregnancies. The absence of varicose veins is a very big deal for me as I've always had signs that they would eventually get worse and I expected them to be a big problem during this pregnancy. So far they've been better than they've ever been -- no swelling, heaviness or itchy burning. Thank you to Pedro's leg circuit!

I've never exercised seriously before and would never have guessed in a million years that I would start while pregnant. But joining FitClub and working with Pedro has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have so much more energy, better posture and feel so empowered after each session, even with a big belly! I've recommended Pedro to all my friends and without hesitation would recommend him to any woman concerned about prenatal exercise. I'll definitely be continuing postpartum and I'm looking forward to improving my post-baby body!
