This hotel is at a great location. The room is clean and big. We got an upgrade of our room to get a queen size bed. They have water dispenser on all the guest floors and free complimentary bottle water in the fridge. The customer service is excellent.

Located very conveniently in Myeong-dong. The room is clean and spacious enough. The bed is comfortable and big. They have shuttle bus to Dongdaemun, Shilla duty free and Seoul station.

Very good location with Myeongdong shopping streets right at your feet. 5 min walk to the Airport Bus stop #6015. Opposite the hotel there are 24 hrs convenience stores and a korean BBQ restaurant which opens 24 hrs as well. Next to the hotel, there is a tourist information centre. It is handy if you want to ask tips on getting around Seoul or if there is any special festivals going on around your time of visit. They speak good English. The room size is ok for a double room. Setting is plain and simple. Bathroom is good size. Not a luxury hotel but provided all the basics you needed. I will come back again due to the very good location.
