My 2 stars were for the cleaning auntie! 7/9,afternoon a male manager with glasses was very rude with me! When we checked in with the male manager , I told him that we had booked 6 nights and I preferred to stay at 3 types of their suites , each suite for 2 nights ! ( I wrote to them already within my booking) But he looked not happy and called a woman to speak Chinese with me ( I come from Taiwan and I can speck English very well and this manager also can speak English ) I told the manager that I didn't need translation between I and him ! The manager still rejected my request and his reason was they had to clean the 3 suites every time after my exchange ! ( I told him this is a design hotel and I want to enjoy 3 types of your suite that is why I booked 6 nights with you !) Even if another guest they book 1 night and you still need to clean the suite after the 1 night stay ! But the manager insisted that I needed to stay in a suite for 6 nights ! ( I was very disappointed after my check in !) In my second and third night , this male manager ignored and didn't greeting with me when I came back to hotel in the late night , THIS WAS VERY RUDE AS A DESIGN HOTEL MANAGER ! In my sixth and seventh morning , this male manager ignored and didn't greeting with me when I left the hotel , THIS WAS VERY RUDE AS A DESIGN HOTEL MANAGER ! I won't stay in this hotel again before you change this male manager ! 所有看的懂中文的遊客看了評價之後不要訂房喔, 這裡是純住宅區附近沒有觀光景點,離市中心約半小時,還有一個戴眼鏡的男經理服務態度很不好的!!!!!

I'ts a little far from the subway station, and in the deluxe twin room the bathtub has see- through windows. If you're traveling with family, it can get a little awkward. Other than that the hotel was clean, offered room service, and was an overall pleasant experience.

Korean-style luxury boutique hotel.
Very comfortable bed, big bath tub and shower. Excellent location across the street from the airport bus, ten minute walk to the subway. Centrally located.
Staff is amazing. Speaks English and very friendly and courteous. Laundry service is excellent; they were able to wash and dry my jiujitsu gi no problem.
