It was a great vacation, the hotel location is excellent, the food is very tasty and Hotel is clean

As a regularly visiting Hotel person, i can say this hotel is a general "Ok".
The main building is quite impressive, well manged and generally clean.
Some pro's:
-Good and modren rooms, has free electric sockets, fridge and free wifi.
-Spectacular view when going thrugh the eleivators (transparent to thw city and main hall)
-Big lobby
-on the verge of the beach, plenty of stores and you could get to a store ally right away
-on wlaking distance (10min) from the Ice mall
Cons
-disappointing service, especially the bellboy, and the food hall.
-good looking food,but rubbish taste comparing to other hotels.
-need to wait on dining hours to be seated (on other hotels theres allways room for every guest)
-was given a room with TWO baby beds for no apparent reason when arrived, and even when we asked to take them out the maid didnt. We needed to take them.ourselves to the hallway.
-when eating outside (dibing hall balconey), there are roaming cats the can touch your food- be advised.
The reputation of the hotel was build with the Hilton hotel network around the globe, but hilton removed its name from the hotel and thus the hotel fall from its standarts. We agreed not to come back to this hotel, there are better options with the same price.

It is a nice hotel. Good food. Although i was pist off that they charge for everything a little bit. Like to play snooker you have to rent the material.i didn t like it.

Beautiful hotel with a uniqe style and great location. The service was great, the food was good. The room was clean. The only thing that was better in other hotels from my stand of point is the swimming pool, it was built very uncomfortable for the guests that love to swim.
