受付スタッフが無愛想でした。
こちらは初心者で聞いてるのに、そんなのもしらないのか的な説明は不愉快でした。

incredibly rude staff. had a membership were i payed month by month, let it lapse as i left japan. when i returned tried rejoining told a clause required the previous membership required a 3 month warning when leaving so i owed 3 months back fees. Was told that that clause not applicable. staff were very rude about it and lost a membership. they had decided after i joined the first time that the clause would apply????
heavy weights area is good but doesn't open till 10am for some unknown bizarre reason.
overall equipment is ok, but staff are so rude and dishonest avoid it at all costs

I have been going to the Gold's Gym Bashamichi for 4 years. During this period nothing has changed.
The content of the lessons is always the same. For example, the yoga class. The instructor always gives the same asanas, although there are thousands of asanas in yoga at each difficulty level.
Most of the lessons are uninteresting.

昨日、退会手続きをしたら、「先月分引き落とされてません‼」「そんなはずはない」とのやり取りはあったが、4月5月分その場で払って退会手続きしました。でも、実は引き落としされていて、4月分は2重に取られた格好。
恐らく、退会手続きをする場合は二重に会費をせしめるのが、デフォルトのようです。過去に退会された方は確認をした方がよろしいかと思います。

他のスポーツクラブよりハードトレーニー率が高く、プロスポーツ選手や競技出場者が多い。フリーウエイト中心の本格派フロアもあり。ボクシングやヨガ、ダンスなどのスタジオレッスンも豊富。18時～21時くらいは混み合い、ロッカーやシャワールームの人口密度が厳しいが24時間営業なので、深夜帯も利用できる。
