An all in one place for almost anything. Clothing, food, souvenirs, playground & of course you can visit the famous Tokyo Sky Tree too from here. Various brands too, from western & Japan brands.
I like the food sections coz there are a lot shops that sells Japanese snacks & confectionary here. I dont really like to buy at airports coz the payment queue can be ridiculous. This place offer tax free for min ¥ spending. Just read the T&C, its everywhere oh & good thing is many shops accept IC card payment like Pasmo or Suica so you dont need to be hassled over the small coins. 😘

This aquarium has a huge amazing tank with sharks! As an American I saw a huge amount of aquatic animals I've never seen before. Japan loves their various goldfish too!

Even if you decide not to go up Tokyo Sky Tree, this multi-level shopping center and restaurant area around the base of/ near the tower is worth a visit. As well as chain stores and big brands, there are plenty of smaller interesting shops selling more unusual items. Yes, the focus is decidedly "touristy" in places, but whether visiting from abroad or from within Japan you should be able to find affordable omiyage (souvenirs) of all shapes and sizes. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from when (if?) you tire of the shopping itself.
