This hotel is located in a great location. It is 3 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station which makes it extremely easy to got to and from Narita Airport via the Narita Express train. Takashimaya Times Square department store is right across the street and has a great selection of restaurants on floors 12-14 and a great take-away food and specialty food shops in the B1 level. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Our king room had plenty of space and a fantastic east facing view. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The lobby store had a nice selection of drinks and snacks and wasn't too overpriced. The front desk staff are very friendly and were quick to help with directions or offer suggestions.

Great view. Just be prepared to spend ¥10000 for a dinner for two if you want to do more than spend 5 minutes in the lobby of the higher floors taking pictures of the scenery.

Great location, close to transport, plenty of places around to eat, drink, relax. Easy to get from and to the airport (Narita). Our room was spacious, with nice view (see photos). Comfortable bed and modern furniture. Unlike in many other hotels, the water pressure in the shower was great.
Small convenience store on the lobby floor can be very handy, a much cheaper alternative to a mini bar!

Amazing hotel. Serivce perfect, rooms great size and clean. As all the rooms are high the views are incredible. Worth every penny. The hotel is easy accessible from the airport using the hotel shuttle provided at the airport bus terminal.

Nice little hotel with clean and comfortable room. Location is not that great for tourists, but is good for business travellers
