For the collector it is great finding items you might not know you wanted. Just be aware (I presume) alot of the cabinets with resell models are individually owned/rented so some models can vary drastically in price. Best to shop around first.
Otherwise fun place to browse around.

Many kind of stores which you can find many things from electronics to toys with cheap prices. Managed to find a Final Fantasy phone case cheaper than the official store on Artnia Shinjuku

Love this place: it's got floor after floor of trading card game stores, model kit stores, Yellow Submarine (games, models etc) audio and more.

Great place for otakus but beware of getting ripped off. I advise you to check all the store. The item that I purchased is differs in price greatly. The store in 1st floor offered it for 40 bucks while other store on the 3rd floor offered the exact same product for 12 bucks.
