Poor service and overpriced. Everyone who sits there must eat and there's no smoke free area so it all smells horribly. Avoid

Worst experience ever – overpriced sub-standard food, terrible wait staff, smoking only.
There is no non-smoking seating, even at lunch; nothing worse than having smoke blown over your food and into your face. The food was equally atrocious, only surpassed by the service, rude and indifferent even by western standards.
We ordered a burger for the kids (1,700円 for the small size, no sides), and when asked how we'd like it done, we ordered medium. The burger that came was undeniably red & raw. When we got the waitress and showed her, she said stone-faced and unamusedly, "that's our medium." Really??!! The beef pastrami, laughably New York inspired, was a rubbery mess.

Amazing sandwiches and burgers. A little pricy but the portions are big. They have outside terrace seating. Great people watching here in trendy Omotesando.
