Unbelievably unprofessional and rude customer service. We bought two bottles of beer with the idea of enjoying them in the terrace. A member of the staff then informed us with broken English that the bottled beers can not be consumed inside the premises (there was no mention of that around the area where the beers were picked at). This is a very touristy place so one would assume that they had signs in English mentioning the policy and that the staff would speak fluent English. A terrible experience, avoid this place.

A little expensive, but you can eat/drink al fresco underneath the Sky Tree. I like the junk food!!

Nice selection of beers, but the place lacks soul. Too large, too artificial and, yes, expensive by Tokyo standards. Still, the terrace is worth checking out if the weather allows it.

Overpriced and bad service. The waitress, who seemed friendly but provided zero knowledge about the beers we are interested. It might be the language gap but there were 3 other non Japanese waitress who speak perfect English but didn't, or couldn't?, bother to help. We even have to ask for water ourselves, which is rare in restaurants in Japan.

Great way to cap off a trip to the top of the Skytree. A nice selection of world beers and German-esque foods.
