They accommodated us very well for the week we were there. Cozy, but not overbearingly small. They provide many amenities and the face soap actually helped my skin to better handle the climate change.

Rooms are a bit small for me. However the location to everything I'm Shibuya makes up for it. Hotel rooms have all the amenities to tidy up ones self for the next day.

Great staff, friendly and convenient location. Extremely small rooms (Japan, go fig), but affordable and right next to the station

it's not bad. rooms are on the small side especially the bathrooms. the lobby access is a bit of a hassle. location is just okay. but it's a Japanese Hotel so service is superb!

The Shibuya Tokyu REI Hotel is a beautiful, competitively priced hotel in the heart of Shibuya. You're just a few hundred yards from the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing and train station and can walk to famous Harajuku in about 20 minutes.
At check-in, you can store your luggage if you arrive early. You also may select several facial oils and cleansers for your relaxation in-room. Your efficiently sized room will come equipped with hair dryer, hair brush, tooth brush, slippers, shampoo and conditioner from Shiseido, and a cotton set of pajamas (yukata). You'll also receive facial oils and creams upon check-in from the staff.
For technology and charging, the wall has USB outlets and standard Japanese outlets, which are extremely helpful. The bathroom is petite, but efficient. The room is extremely dark at night with blackout curtains, so you'll have a great night of rest. Massages can be purchased at an additional cost.
Definitely select the breakfast option at Hush Hush Restaurant, which is one of the most expansive international buffets I've seen at a hotel of this price. You can enjoy traditional Japanese fare (udon, miso, whitebait, tofu, salads) or Western (pastries, waffles, granola). Coffee, juices and assorted teas.
The service is wonderful and would highly recommend for multiple nights in the heart of Tokyo.
