Super chill vibe. The cactus garden is amazing. The shops have a local hippy feel.

The atmosphere is very cool and definitely the only reason I am giving any stars. Sort of like an oasis in the middle of the city. We arrived around 545 in hopes to get some dinner. We are expats living in Okinawa so while our Japanese is lacking, we know enough to somewhat get around and eat. Nothing was open and two of the restaurants informed us they were completely booked for the evening, though they weren't open yet. The one we chose had small portions and was expensive. My husband got an avocado bacon dish, there was no avocado and it was one piece of thick bacon cut in half. My risotto was good but not with 1,700¥. We did not visit any of the shops, so I can not comment on those. Maybe a good place if you are local, but I would skip if you are a tourist.

They call it a shopping mall, but its more like a design project with a few restaurants and small shops. Very cool place!

Cool atmosphere with all the natural outdoor features like trees, and even sand in one place! There are a few different restaurants to choose between for food. Make visiting here part of a special night out. The restaurants were fairly full so look into making a booking if you do some research on where you want to eat. Definite recommendation!
