Small park but beautiful views and sunset, very popular in February since there is one perfect Kanzakura (early blooming cherry blossom) tree at the highest point

Beautiful park with a beautiful view, as it's on top of a hill. There is also a small cafe. Since the place is quite far from train stations it's not that crowded. In April there are Sakura trees and a good amount of space for picnics.

A beautiful, concealing place to sit. Great for hanami. Feels like the top of Tokyo, as it's set just back from the edge of a cliff.

What I like about this small park is that it's on the crest of a hill, so you get a view of the city. Not massive, but enough to make you feel 'above' the town...
