電話で問い合わせをし、必要書類確認した上で口座開設に行ったにも関わらず、書類が足りないとのことで、口座開設を断られた。銀行に口座開設を断られるなんて、生まれて初めての経験で驚きました。

The inside design is same with other country's branch. Hope SMBC and Citi can continued collaboration.
The Citibank Shibuya Branch is gone. Citi's retail banking business in Japan already transferred to the SMBC Trust Bank as of November 1, 2015.
