Nice modern hotel right in the heart of dogenzaka. The beds are especially comfy the only downside is that they frosted the window on the room which obscures the view

Clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Small but that's expected. Friendly staff. The beds are firm and new. I feel like a lot of thought went into the rooms and I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is the rooms were very warm. The air conditioning was pretty much worthless.

Great location and friendly staff.
The hotel is very clean, though rooms are small. But I think most hotel rooms in Tokyo are small.
They charge extra for early check in. This isn't ideal if you arrive in the morning. However, the staff were happy to look after our bags while we explored Shibuya.
The breakfast was ok; they have pastries, soup and coffee/juice. If you like pastries then you will love the breakfast.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to shopping and restaurants and the train station for easy traveling to other parts of Tokyo. While the building is older, the rooms are newly renovated. We got a larger room with a double bed, which had more floor space than most Japanese hotels. The bathroom was on the small side and had glass walls, which might be uncomfortable if you are sharing a room with a friend. There are complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning, which was appreciated. Overall, Shibuya Hotel En is a great affordable option for those who want to be smack dab in the middle of the action of Tokyo!

We stayed at this location in July 2017. The staff at the front desk is polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with good pillows and bed sheets and a high tech Toto bidet. Wow!
The room is a bit small with a small closet, a refrigerator and a small desk. No laundry on site.
Bathroom has no curtains but will be provided if asked.
Guests have to turn in room keys to the front desk when leaving the hotel, not sure why but I think it's a security measure though Tokyo is safe city to explore even at late night hours.
Great location with lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
Shibuya 109 shopping and train station is a block away.
Japan Post and ATM is around the corners with Family Foodmart nearby.
Breakfast is included. This is a big plus since no restaurants or shops open before 10 AM.
Every morning we enjoy hot coffee and warm pastries while planning for our daily trip. This hotel is highly recommended.
