Great location near subway, JR rail (which connects to Haneda airport monorail). Great first stop in Tokyo.

Simple, clean and great staff. Walking distance from Hamamatuscho Bus station and Daimon station. About 10 minute walk to Hamamatuscho station with luggage.

Location wise, definitely 5/5. Near to the train system, a family mart and many other useful stores. Locals here also can speak english to a good extent, which is definitely a benefit if you cant speak the Japanese langauge well. Hotelwise, its good, i have nothing bad to say about it, no issues. 4/5 in my experience.
