Hotel is clean and smart with helpful staff. The location makes it easy to explore Tokyo as there is a subway/JR station a few minutes walk away. But the rooms are tiny. The bed was much closer in size yo a single than a double, so really not suitable for 2 people. Would be fine for solo travellers however.

I've booked here three times and whenever I look up hotels in the area, I'll always search for mystays. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are a perfect size in the tight world of Tokyo. Beds were clean and the shampoo and amenities are something that I've looked for on Amazon!

Towels and pillow case had a strong odd smell as if only chlorine was used and no parfume. Bed sheets were a little stained and the bathroom vent was making a low annoying truck hum when in use. But quite good location.

Good option for a nice price. A little bit hidden, but near to a metro station. We stayed one night and we rest peacifully.

Stayed here for about a week on our Japan Adventure. Room was cozy, including bathroom (this is standard for japan).
Location was awesome, about 1 minute walk to the JR station. The hotel is connected to a Lawson, and has an Aeon (supermarket) across the road. Places to eat line the edges of the station. Premium convenience.
Hotel staff had limited English, enough to give you all the hotel instructions, but not answer questions outside the themes of hotel services (like has a package come for me?).
Would happily stay here again.
