My favourite bookstore because it is located very near my work place.
Their selection of books and magazines (including past issues) is amazing.
They also have a good selection of books from popular English writers. Their prices for foreign books is still a bit expensive. Nevertheless, a good place to go "check-out" the book, before buying.
They also have occasional events that are interesting.

Best bookstore I have found so far. 1st - 3rd floors are Japanese books, and the 4th floor is English/foreign books.

The best bookstore in Tokyo. Location, selection and facilities are all great. Staff appear shy, but are very helpful if you ask. And if you buy too many books to carry, just ask them to deliver.
