The waiter is impolite and indifference. His finger touched my food and a slice cheese sticked to his finger. He knew it and saw it but he simply shook it away. WITHOUT saying anything and left. That slice of cheese fell on the table. So insanitary! And it cost me 1680 Yen. Considering the price, the food and service are the worst. It was my first time there on Oct. 28 2017. Definitely my last time.

Great staff ! Rather small location compared to other hard rocks ..but staff makes sure experience remains the same..

Rather disappointing. Had so much fun and awesome experiences in all other Hard Rock Cafés I've been to, and this one just lacks heart and the food isn't quite as good either (I had BBQ Chicken). The servers weren't motivated at all, we were suddenly given the receipt after 20 mins of staying there and they never checked up on us etc.... Japan is definitely much better at their own stuff, so I'd say don't waste your time in this Hard Rock Café and go eat some good Ramen.

I came here for breakfast , taste not bad , but just nothing special . If service getting better . I will give 4 stars
