古くからある三笠会館地下のバーです。カクテルも美味しくフードも充実しています。上の階で食事して地下に移動というルートがスマートなおもてなしコースですね。

A cozy and quiet place to get relaxed. They do accept credit cards as well as cash and the staff members were courteous and professional.
