店員の態度が悪い、マジでクソ。
ソフトドリンクの味も薄い。七輪も汚くて、セットも悪いですね。
とりあえず店員の態度が他の店舗と比べてクソですね。

すごく感じが悪かったです。
食べ放題を頼みましたが、あと何分で終わりとか、何も知らせることなく早く出て行けと言われました。お客さん全くいなく、席が空いているのに。原宿店最悪。

You pay for what you get, the meat quality is not great but this is one of the cheaper yakiniku chains. If you want to binge eat charcoal grilled meat，then this is the place to go.
We didn't go for the buffet menu and service was slow for us, however table next to us were ordering off Ipads and service was definitely quicker for them.
The sauce bottles and floor was sticky and I am a bit concerned about fire hazard at the entrance , we could barely leave (via elevator) as there were people queuing in a crammed space between the entrance of the restaurant and the exit of the lift…
