Very helpful staff and conveniently located for the station, has automated check in machines and good WiFi but they go a bit overboard with the security, even the coin laundry requires you to scan your room card after having to scan it to get in and then again to use the lift to the floor it's on, I mean who sneaks into hotels to use coin operated washing machines?

Good location close to Sendai station. 24 hour family Mart connected to the hotel. Decent breakfast buffet. Big bathroom with a shower area and tub. Room is average size.

The hotel is ferry new , it's Japanese style Furo is spacious, very close to station and shopping area, will stay again

Individual bathrooms, but a small-town room. Good for short stays. Breakfast is tailored more to Japanese tastes.

This is a clean comfortable place to stay that is close to the the Sendai train station. So close it's a pleasant surprise to see all of the Shinkansen trains that pass through very regularly.
The facilities are modern and in great condition. This is not the typical tired business hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful. It is great feel so welcome. The reception staff remembered our previous visits and the cleaning staff is though and very friendly. The breakfast is tasty and they provide many options to have a good meal.
