Location is ideal with shopping and tourist locations very close by. The room I stayed in provided a great view of Sapporo city. However the rooms is a little small by American standards. Front desk service was great at providing suggestions of activities and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was mediocre

Spectacular views, clean and relatively spacious rooms, great bar and restaurant on the top floor. Direct access to the massive malls beneath as well as the JR station, metro, and buses.

Great location with newly renovated rooms. Our room was clean, modern, and very attractive for someone who had a long day of traveling. Staff was very polite and informative. A bit pricey but if that's not a problem for you, then it's the perfect place to stay.

Haven't stayed here before, but I love the observation deck! One of the best views of Sapporo! I have also gone here for several dinner parties, the food was excellent, and the rooms are very clean.
