Edyカード登録時及び、お買い物券発行時は名前と生年月日を口頭する代わりに、
身分証明書提示の旨を伝え、
代替する事も可能です。

A very nice underground passage way for those avoiding the snow and the super cold temperature during winter.

Seems to be a pretty typical underground shopping mall. Nice place to get away from the elements and take a rest though.
