This place might be the place I go most often in Sapporo. They have a supermarket, restaurants, many shops inside. Good for foreigners.

The mall itself is a bit expensive (including the small supermarket) but there is an awesome conveyor belt sushi place on the basement floor. As far as I know they don't have an English menu but the staff are helpful and will show you how to order. We ordered about 1900¥ worth of sushi and were very full!
