I accidentally booked a room for 2 person instead of 1, even after explaining, they still charges me the more expensive 2 person rate (more expensive) for the same room!
I also tried my luck if they will be kind enough to let me use the room early because i hv to attend a friend's wedding but they dont let me use the room unless i pay even more!
Very unconsiderate policies!
I definitely will NOT stay at this hotel again in the future n wont recommend friends & family. This hotel is lack humane consideration.

Rooms are small but really well kept. They even com be with a nice air purifier that helps us sleep without getting the dust or dryness i get usually when sleeping at a hotel

Came by bus and left by JR train which is a few blocks away. Easy walk. Convenient and the price is good. They have an auto currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby that was great for getting some dollars to yen.

good adequate hotel. no smoky smell. use subway exit 24 if you have large heavy luggage as there is an elevator. 21 & 22 is stairs. larger double room 23 Sq meter is enough to open large luggage. breakfast was interesting. memorable was fluffy pancakes and miso noodle. hotel is bus stop for skiing resorts.
