Normal business hotel close to Sapporo Station. They gave us a smoking room even if we asked for a non smoking. It was very smelly and unpleasant.

Nice and clean hotel with onsen facilities. Walking distance to the JR station with many shops and food options. However, poor sound proofing as we could hear conversations (or loud speaking) along the corridor - this I do not mind during the day but it occurred around 11pm.

Reserved twin room no smoking. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Stayed on 2nd floor right next to the public bath. That was nice. Went several times during stay.

It was good hotel, the location just next to Sapporo station. There is something that I want to remind other people who want to go. There is a new building making, and I think it will go for a long time. The hotel never remind me about this problem will bothering me when I stay there. After I checked in, I ask for change room to another site back to the building, they just want to charge me big room price to fact the other way. They do change the room for 2 floors higher then the original room, but the lady who give me key, she was not good face like " just two floors different, but u still want to change?" I won't come here anymore, there r so many hotel around Sapporo station so save ur money to find other one.

My elder son and I were here in January, 2016. We felt the home away from home under the Sapporo winter snowstorms. We could slip in the warm underground streets for hot food and drinks within minutes from here!
