Very fine hotel. They have a convenient shuttle service to the train station. Very business oriented though.

Hotel rooms are very clean and good sized, but maybe a little dated. Service was excellent. Staff go out of their way to help. The hotel restaurants are good.

The rooms are nice size with a large bathroom with both a tub and separate showers. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Osaka station but it stops running at 10pm. Staff are friendly and they are also able to get you on the airport bus for a fee. It's convenient for early morning flights

Comfortable bed and nice breakfast, but staff need to be more professional on the breakfast and assign the room.
I booked a king size bed and got a 2 single bed room, breakfast staffs are messy with the seat arrangement.
