Beautiful park in the middle of Osaka city with library, museum, rose garden and historical buildings. River-view restaurants are popular during lunch. Easy access from subway and Keihan stations.

It is the most romantic place in Osaka! Especially in May, when roses are blooming, the park is soooooooo Beautiful. Recommended for the date, if u are single recommended for the taking pictures.

Restrooms are not clean.
Instead in other cities of Japan the restrooms are always clean!
Osaka city shall pay more attention to this aspect!

Great for walking, running, picnics, you name it. Usually clean, with clean western style toilets. Best when the rose garden is in bloom.
