Good clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, bathroom is small and may annoy tall people. Station is about 8 mins away. Staff are kind but hardly understand English.

The receptionist was so friendly. Some are Philippine and some are local. For local worker even they don't know English, they still try to help you. I had experiance where my uncle passed away and I need to make a call to Malaysian. At first she doesn't know. Then the lady was come knocking my room and try to help me as she found out how to make a call. Thanks to all workers. The room was comfortable and nice. The facilities was good. Will come again

Yes it's in a red light district and yes it's a little out of the way but the room was massive, the staff were friendly and the spa bath & massage chair were very welcome after a long day of walking and taking in the sights of Osaka.

The hotel itself looks very inconspicuous from the outside, but once inside it was wall-to-wall luxury. Our room was massive and included a 100-foot projector screen in front of the bed, a karaoke machine and hot tub jacuzzi.

Only five minutes walk from Juso station, the hotel is easily accessible, with friendly English speaking staff. We haven't tried room service but there is a laundry room available, and vending machines in the room with drinks and other things.
Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious, and contain a massage chair, TV, surround sound, karaoke system (only in Japanese unfortunately), 100" projector, hot tub, air conditioning, and all the skin and hair products you could ever need.
