多くの嘘と言い訳. For my project he always choose the cheapest materials or switched the good items in the plan for cheaper items. "oh, so sorry, item not available, we have to use cheap one" or "You can't afford that". He will not do what you pay him for. I strongly suspect he really works for the builders and gets kickback payment, this is very common in Japan. He told me he is an architect and showed me some projects, now I am suspicious that he never worked on those. He should be banned from calling himself architect. You only get excuses and lies.
