Incredibly ill-mannered staff. Possibly the worst Uniqlo I've been to. When all the register counters with staff (3 of them) were all full, a woman who looked like some sort of manager walked in and gestured that she'd help me. As soon as she realized I don't speak Japanese, she asked me if I wanted tax free. I said sure, followed her to another counter. When I took out my passport, she GRABBED my passport along with my passport cover almost forcibly. After she finished printing out all the receipts, she WALKED AWAY. I wasn't slow on packing, she literally walked out as soon as she could. No smiling, no bowing, no handing me shopping bag, not even watching me leave. I was shocked, because this has never happened to me in Japan.... Teach your employees to not profile customers based on race... Giving 2 stars because this Uniqlo does have a good location and decent selection, though some customers could be inappropriately loud. However, I won't go to this Uniqlo again. If you want to shop at Uniqlo, go to Nagoya Station or any Aeon mall.

that staff is great.
now, if you are looking for pants and you found the perfect waist size but the length is too long, DO NOT worry. They will trim and sew it for you there in an hour. it's posted in the dressing room.
here is the deal....i'm came from Canada and we have UNIQRO.

I had the UNIQRO website open while i was shopping here.

Standard Uniqlo layout. However doesn't seem to be that many 'sale' bins here ☹. Still, the variety here is good, since it's one of the larger stores. ☺👍
