Very nice to stroll in and escape the city. The fountain is pretty and the pace of life slow. I spotted some school pupils practicing sweeping up animal 'poo'!

Nice park with lots of greenery, places to sit and things to watch. By the Science Muesum there is also a Cafe if you need a breather.

It's a very nice, large park in the middle of the city.
It has a large open space for playing sports, a decent playground for young kids, lots of places to sit either in the sun or shade.
It is also next to the science museum, which is free for kids.
