北側は落ち着いた閑散とした木々の生い茂る静かな散歩道、中央部はテレビ塔や噴水など錦通りや広小路通りの賑やかなエリア、南側の開けた空が広く感じるエリアと、それぞれ異なる雰囲気のある公園です。
