Its was mediocre not awesome but not bad either. Good thing is they have free massage chairs and its close to nagoya castle.

If you are not Japanese or if you don't speak Japanese, DO NOT STAY HERE. The place was clean but the staff - an older lady who somewhat spoke English - was extremely rude and racist. The hotel has parking but only has 3 spots, and you can make a reservation beforehand but we were not aware. We were parked there temporarily because we couldn't figure out where to park when the lady came running down and repeatedly screamed at us to "get out of here now!!!" We were then told that we could not check in yet and had to come back later. They have free breakfast and a coffee machine, which is nice, but the next morning when we asked for to-go cups she said the machine was being cleaned when it had obviously already been cleaned and it was clear that she just did not bother because we were foreigners.
