緊急時の対応が良い。不謹慎的な事だが、11月23日に行われる花火大会に一番近い駐車場だが、15時過ぎから通行止めになってしまうので早めに入れたほうが良い。4時間30分で100円、以後1時間ごと100円かかります。

Nothing wrong with service. Wonderful experience overall. Older buildings but well maintained and clean. Somewhat hard to find places because of old layout. USA embassy says to go here, don't! Nobody speaks English, understandable because you are in Japan. If you can speak Japanese no better place in Nagano area to go.
